STILL HUMAN by TEKNOLUST examines what remains when relationships, workplaces, and social systems reduce a person to output. Clean glass, careful ledgers, and a severed signal frame a quieter refusal: human worth does not expire when perceived usefulness does.

Part of the TEKNOLUST TRANSMISSIONS series, this track keeps its focus on the person the system stopped counting—and on the signal that continues after the room has stopped listening.

STILL HUMAN TEKNOLUST

In the clean glass office the numbers all align Your name is on the shortlist they say you’re doing fine

They keep a careful ledger of favors, smiles, and time A room of easy small talk where no one crosses the line

And the doors stay open while you’re easy to keep While your asks stay weightless while your needs stay cheap

Mistakes have a long tail and patience wears thin The face they wore before you starts to crack and spin

Still human still human when you have nothing left to give

Still human still human you are not what you provide

There is an invoice hidden beneath a borrowed chair A checkmark for your labor a markdown on your care

And when your light grows dimmer they call it being tired When you reach out for shelter they say you’ve asked too much

You freeze there in the doorway they circle ’round your name Everyone stays connected no one will name your fade

And the rooms keep turning with their polished calm While your shadow grows smaller under every palm

Love is not surrender not a door flung wide Not endless, easy access not a place to hide

Still human still human when you have nothing left to give

Still human still human you are not what you provide

We are losing people in the quiet drift In the space between us reaching out, being missed

A severed signal no receiver heeds Still transmitting long after everyone leaves

Still human still human when you have nothing left to give

Still human still human you are not what you provide

Still human (still human) even now, even now

Still transmitting (still human) even now, even now

So much left to give

Still human

Nothing left to prove

Still human
